This notice applies to emails and other electronic communications sent by or on behalf of Manjam Capital SA and Manjam STC LLC, each a separate legal entity and together referred to solely for convenience in this notice as "Manjam Capital."
The entity responsible for a particular communication is the entity identified in the sender's signature or in the communication itself.
This notice is supplementary. Any disclosures or restrictions contained in a particular communication or its attachments apply in addition to this notice and prevail to the extent of any inconsistency. This notice does not replace any disclosure required to appear in a specific communication.
Confidentiality
A communication and its attachments are intended only for the addressed recipient(s) and may contain confidential, privileged or otherwise protected information.
If you receive a communication in error, please notify the sender, delete it and do not use, disclose, copy, forward or distribute its contents. No waiver of confidentiality or privilege is intended as a result of erroneous transmission.

Manjam Shariah Innovation Fund

This Fund is an L-QIF within the meaning of Art. 118a of the Federal Act on Collective Investment Schemes (CISA). The Fund is managed by PMG Investment Solutions Ltd, a Swiss fund management company licensed and supervised by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority ("FINMA"). As an L-QIF, the Fund has neither a license nor approval from the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority ("FINMA") and is not supervised by it.
The Fund is intended exclusively for investors who satisfy the applicable qualification and eligibility requirements.
While the Fund remains pre-launch, any expression of interest is non-binding and does not constitute a subscription, investment commitment, allocation or acceptance into the Fund.
Offering and transaction restrictions
Any applicable offering documentation is provided separately to eligible recipients through approved channels.
A communication does not by itself establish eligibility or create any right to subscribe. Subscription, redemption, transfer or other transaction instructions may be submitted only through the process specified in the applicable formal documentation or an expressly approved secure channel.
