The Platform
A secure digital platform for qualified investor onboarding and reporting.
The Manjam Capital platform is the secure digital environment through which qualified investors are onboarded, verified and given ongoing visibility of their participation in the ecosystem. It is an investor interface, not the fund manager, custodian, broker or investment adviser; those roles sit with the relevant regulated parties. The platform is designed around institutional-grade controls and reserved for approved, qualified clients.
Onboarding
Access begins with onboarding. Prospective investors complete identity verification and KYC and AML checks through the platform, and their qualified or professional investor status is confirmed before an account is activated. Verification is typically completed within one business day, subject to documentation completeness and required checks. Onboarding is available only to investors who meet the eligibility criteria; the platform is not open to the general public.
Reporting & Account Access
Once approved, investors access a single secure dashboard giving a consolidated view of their participation, including holdings, account activity and statements. Access is protected by multi-factor authentication and role-based controls, and platform activity is recorded in an audit trail. Reporting is delivered directly through the investor dashboard.
Security
The platform is designed with institutional-grade security controls. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is governed by multi-factor authentication and least-privilege role-based permissions. Sensitive workflows are designed to be controlled, logged and subject to oversight. Independent security certifications are being pursued as the platform matures.
Compliance Architecture
The platform is designed to hold the regulatory boundaries that govern Manjam Capital. Access is restricted to verified qualified and professional investors, eligibility and consent are recorded, and the investor journey is structured so the platform informs rather than solicits. Subscription, settlement and custody are handled by the relevant regulated service providers and counterparties outside the platform interface. Detailed documentation is provided to qualified investors on request.
