Shariah Compliance

3
Every position is screened at the instrument level against a defined Shariah methodology overseen by Bait Al-Mashura, Sharlife, and Crypto Halal. A documented process governs any asset that moves out of compliance.
If a digital asset previously screened as Shariah-compliant moves out of compliance during the holding period, a documented divestment process is followed under the oversight of Bait Al-Mashura, Sharlife, and Crypto Halal. Any income attributable to the non-compliant period is subject to purification in line with the fund's Shariah methodology.
Shariah compliance defines the investment universe and excludes certain instruments. It does not guarantee returns. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

Verification is typically completed within one business day, subject to documentation completeness.
